    Excerpted From the page:
    WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT ME

    1. My pain - My pain is not your pain. It is not caused by inflammation. Taking your arthritis medication will not help me. I can not work my pain out or shake it off. It is not even a pain that stays put. Today it is in my shoulder, but tomorrow it may be in my foot or gone. My pain is believed to be caused by improper signals sent to the brain, possibly due to sleep disorders. It is not well understood, but it is real.

    2. My fatigue - I am not merely tired. I am often in a severe state of exhaustion. I may want to participate in physical activities, but I can't. Please do not take this personally. If you saw me shopping in the mall yesterday, but I can't help you with yard work today, it isn't because I don't want to. I am, most likely, paying the price for stressing my muscles beyond their capability.

    3. My forgetfulness - Those of us who suffer from it call it fibrofog. I may not remember your name, but I do remember you. I may not remember what I promised to do for you, even though you told me just seconds ago. My problem has nothing to do with my age but may be related to sleep deprivation. I do not have a selective memory. On some days, I just don't have any short-term memory at all.

    4. My clumsiness - If I step on your toes or run into you five times in a crowd, I am not purposely targeting you. I do not have the muscle control for that. If you are behind me on the stairs, please be patient. These days, I take life and stairwells one step at a time.

    From the page: "If you have very high body fat to begin with, the typical rule of thumb on calorie deficits may underestimate the deficit required to lose a pound. It may also be too conservative, and you can probably use a more aggressive deficit safely without as much worry about muscle loss or metabolic slowdown."

    From the page: "Diagnosing low thyroid can be difficult using the current medical model. Although there are numerous lab values that can be used to evaluate thyroid function, many physicians use only one lab test for diagnosis: thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH). Many patients with 8 out of 10 low thyroid symptoms will be told that their thyroid is not the cause of their symptoms because their TSH level is "normal".

    Doctors using the TSH test as the sole criterion for detecting and treating the low thyroid patient are missing a great opportunity to help more sick people. Recently, the AACE has lowered the acceptable TSH values in order to detect more patients with this condition."

    A full thyroid panel is more accurate, but also much more expensive. So guess what?...most insurances won't pay for it.

    He can be seen and heard yelling for 'Help!' in Polish, pacing back and forth, sweating profusely, re-arranging and throwing furniture around...

    A woman tries to talk to him and console him but the language barrier seems too wide...

    The video also shows that only 25 seconds had elapsed from the moment that the RCMP officers entered the scene and Mr. Dziekanski lay unconscious on the floor.

    They simply walked up to him, exchanged a couple of words (even though they had been warned that the man spoke 'NO ENGLISH') and then began to taser him.

    After the second taser shot, Mr. Dziekanski can be seen collapsing to the floor and writhing in agony when 4 RCMP officers jump on top of Mr. Dziekanski's body to try to cuff him. One officer can be seen resting his knee on the back of Mr. Dziekanski's head, pinning it to the ground.

    The video clearly shows that NO alternative measures to constrain Mr. Dziekanski were taken or even considered by the RCMP officers that responded to the scene.

    Most sad of all, the video shows that after Mr. Dziekanski lay unconscious on the floor, no members of the RCMP tried to revive him. They simply called out a "code red" and then waited for the ambulance to arrive...

    Now of course any adult male can extol the many benefits of regular sex,but this was published in Pravda, so it must be true!
    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    From the page: "It may seem unreal, but it is a fact: regular sex enlarges women's breasts. Sexual excitement intensifies the bloodstream, which may add 25 percent to a woman's breast size. Furthermore, women can raise their IQ with every orgasm that they experience. American scientists, who continuingly study sexual possibilities of homo sapiens, discovered that the moment of orgasm gives a very powerful incentive to a large number of chemical reactions and physical procedures in the body. The speed of blood circulation reaches its maximum, whereas the oxygen-enriched blood reaches all internal organs, including brain, very quickly. Hypothalamus â€" the center for control of the hormonal system â€" also governs the work of learning and memorizing centers."
    From the page: "Zealots say fighting global warming is a moral imperative, so cost-benefit analyses are immoral. Like our Manichaean president, they have a simple fixation: Are you with us or not? But in his book "Cool It: The Skeptical Environmentalist's Guide to Global Warming," the Danish economist Bjorn Lomborg suggests that global warming, although real, is not apt to be severe; that many of its consequences will be beneficial, and that the exorbitant costs of attempting to substantially curtail it would squander resources that, put to other uses, could have effects thousands of times more ameliorative. He offers cautionary calculations:"
