ooohh, thats neat, moving the black stripes over the background picture makes it look animated by showing different parts of the line...
now that I've been thinking about it, I figure that they have taken a set of "frames" and cut each frame into strips the width of the Gap in the black bars layer, and spaced them apart by the width of the bars, then put the next "frame" directly after the first... so the width of the bars in the background picture is a bit like their frequency, and you can only have as many "frames" as will fit in the black bars width. Haha, I should stop trying to explain it... it looks cool.
