Here you can pick out a thank you card and Xerox will print it and it will be sent to a soldier that is currently serving in Iraq. You can't pick out who gets it, but it will go to a member of the armed services.

Whether you're against the war or not. Let's thank the men and women of the armed forces who sacrifice their lives everyday for our own.

USS Indianapolis (CA-35) was a Portland-class heavy cruiser of the United States Navy. She holds a place in history due to the notorious circumstances of her loss, which was the worst single at-sea loss of life in the history of the U.S. Navy. After delivering the first atomic bomb to be used in combat to the United States air base at Tinian Island on 26 July 1945, she was in the Philippine Sea when attacked at 00:14 on 30 July 1945 by a Japanese submarine. Most of the crew was lost to a combination of exposure, dehydration, and shark attacks, as they waited for assistance while floating helplessly for several days. Indianapolis was the second to last US Navy ship sunk by enemy action in World War II (The submarine USS Bullhead was attacked by Japanese aircraft with depth charges and sunk on 6 August 1945)

    Hatshepsut (c. 1473-c. 1458 BC)

Queen (pharaoh) of ancient Egypt during the 18th dynasty. She was the daughter of Thutmose I, and the wife and half-sister of Thutmose II. Throughout his reign real power lay with Hatshepsut, and she continued to rule after his death, as regent for her nephew Thutmose III.

Her reign was a peaceful and prosperous time.

Hatshepsut reigned as a man, and is shown dressed as a pharaoh, with a beard. When she died or was forced to abdicate, Thutmose III defaced her monuments.

The ruins of her temple at Deir el-Bahri survive.

The Chapelle Rouge (French: "the Red Chapel") refers to a large two-room barque shrine constructed at the centre of the Great Temple of Amun at Karnak during the reign of the mid-Eighteenth Dynasty female ruler Hatshepsut.

The Chapelle Rouge measured 17.54 m long, 6.17 m wide and 5.64 m high and was constructed of black granite with red quartzite walls, the latter giving rise to its modern name. The base was decorated with niching.

The Chapelle Rouge was eventually disassembled by Thutmose III, the majority of the blocks subsequently being built into the foundations of the Third Pylon of the Amun Temple under Amenhotep III. Extremely well-preserved in this environment, a total of 319 stone blocks have since been recovered from the pylon, allowing the broad reconstruction of the chapel in the Open Air Museum at Karnak over the years 1999-2000.
