From the page: "The scripts are fully editable, so they can be used as templates for any shell script methods for which the user specifies a conversion command line, including input and output file specifications. Perhaps the most unique feature of the scripts is that the output files are organized into a folder hierarchy which duplicates that of the dropped items. That hierarchy is created inside a folder named Converted_audio in the same folder as the dropped items. In theory, it would be possible to drop an entire iTunes Music folder for conversion if desired, though this hasn't been tested. "
