I'm Cindy from Cindalou's Kitchen Blues. My husband and I have been studying physics and healthy living now for the past .. too long. Unfortunately, there still doesn't seem to be a connection between those two fields! Anyway, I've celiac disease, am lactose intolerant, and am, in general, a terrible digest-er. I've been blogging gluten free, dairy free, vegan, not vegan, kosher, etc recipes with a focus on health for the past year. I've also somehow managed to earn my masters in nuclear physics and am now pursuing my PhD. Wish me luck! Hope you enjoy our recipes and information :)
