seems that Nobel comity attributes prices before knowing how this experience will end. There was a Greek philosopher who said that judgments on peoples and of their actions have to be settled after their death. That was a bit extremist, but this prematurate nobelization is extremely surprising.

Long time out-stumbling, sory friends. I had too much real job to do. To burry the late-émaf school fort art and multimedia, and to give birth to eikon EMF  art and communication, as a section of the technical professionnal school of fribourg (EMF école des métiers de Fribourg). The art and communication section, oriented toward multimédia, was named eikon - following the greek name for image - communication - iconography - icon - computer icon. The other section are logus for computer technics (as logic and language), ergon for micromecanics and robotics (as ergonomy and greek name for build) and scola (as scolastic, school) for the college level academic cursus.

"China's central bank on Monday proposed replacing the US dollar as the international reserve currency with a new global system controlled by the International Monetary Fund."
... just because there is an absurdity that transaction money as dollar is 1. Reserve currency. 2. Monetary standard scaling all currencies. Such task can only be the one of a non-transaction currency

"The G20 heads of states and governments are widely expected to approve in principle the 24 proposals [...] "on enhancing sound regulation and strengthening transparency", which would establish an international mechanism of coordination to monitor systemic risk and expand prudential regulation and oversight globally [...]

The report [...] calls for stricter oversight of credit agencies, and for changes in regulations that could "mitigate pro-cyclicality in the financial system by promoting the build-up of capital buffers during the economic expansion" [...] The working group also calls for international standards for the banks' capital ratios to increase once the crisis is over, and states that "capital buffers above minima and loan-loss provisions should be built up in good times" [...] He asks for OTC transactions to be cleared through central counterparties subject to oversight by prudential supervisors.

On compensation, the G20 leaders should agree on measures to encourage financial institutions "to ensure that their compensation frameworks are consistent with their long-term goals". Prudential supervisors would be asked to monitor remuneration systems while assessing risk management practices. The report also calls on the International Accounting Standards Board to facilitate the global convergence towards "a single set of high quality accounting standards".
