Clearly unconvinced by the Federal Government's $2.4 billion Digital Education Revolution (DER) which will provide a 1:1 ratio of computers to most high school children by the end of the year, Dell will on Monday unveil the first stage of a revolutionary cloud based education application intended to improve global education outcomes which has been developed in association with a Charles Sturt University academic.
