Crop Circles - How they are made (at last) - the science - but not who or why Findings published in a paper that has been peer reviewed, accepted and published by an internationally recognized scientific journal (hence now accepted as scientific fact) show there is consistent evidence that electromagnetic energy has been used. The video footage reveals how balls of 'light' deliver this, appearing to be remotely and intelligently controlled.
This goes some way towards explaining how images that are enormous in size and complexity have appeared within impossibly short time periods
Who? My thoughts are that if emerging information about the Montauk project may be believed, 'we' may well have the capicity to develop technology that could deliver the electromagnetic energy, a computer designed image, and controlled by thought!
