Judge warns car insurers actions "cannot be in the public interest"



It would be ' in the public interest` if a prosecution under the Fraud Act 2006 cps.gov.uk/legal/d_to_g/fraud_act/ [cps.gov.uk/legal/d_to_g/fraud_act/] ) and/or the Theft Act, 1968,Section 17,False Accounting, were considered. I am not surprised that there is now a breakdown in Law and Order (the recent riots and thefts in UK) when corporate companies blatantly, it is alleged raise false or misleading documentation to obtain money or other pecuniary advantage. Corporate companies are setting a bad example.and I'm trying to remain polite.
