I live in the majestic Bitterroot Valley of Montana. I love the saying,"Montana is what America was". My wife and I try to live a self-sustaining life. We grow, gather, hunt and fish for most of our food. We preserve our food ourselves and have as little impact on our environment as possible. I find this lifestyle very rewarding. I am tired of the "American Dream" with it's greed and excess.
