Veggie Head Stalker Explained-- Sorta · Jun 28, 4:47am
I realize that most people simply don't get The Adventurers Of The Vegetable Stalker. You see, parody-- even great parody-- escapes the grasp of most people. And while I don't claim to pen great parody the Adventurers of The Vegetable Stalker are parody no matter how poorly written.

Like everything in poetry, Veggie's adventures are in-fact, an experiment. Great poets experiment with every line they write. And those of us who dream of someday rising to levels of poetic greatness must experiment and reinvent the art of writing poetry in every verse we pen if we are to continue to grow as poets. The same holds true in every form of art. In art, just like in science, most experiments fail. And that's okay.

So what are Veggie's adventurers a parody of? The Veggisodes parody vegetarians, growers and producers of Genetically Modified Foods. the Bush Administration, the War on Terror, my life and my own efforts to promote myself as a writer. Have no doubt the Obama Administration will be parodied in Volume 2. They parody life itself and our efforts to remove ourselves from the artificial mono-culture that is slowly but steadily is taking over all of society.

If you'd like to see an experiment unfold you can tune into The Adventurers of The Vegetable Stalker at VegetableStalker.com. Make sure you read the preface and remember the Veggisodes are only excerpts from the manuscripts I someday hope to send to print.

From the page: "I fear we are about to make the biggest mistake we could possibly make when it comes to looking for new ways to repower America.

Interior Department Secretary Ken Salazar announced the formation of an energy and climate change task force just last week and while that sounds like a good idea I fear the plan is sorely lacking as an alternative to solving America's energy needs."

In February of 2008, green entrepreneurs Brian Talbert and Gabe Neeriemer started Patriot Bio-diesel on Chimney Rock Road in Greensboro. After months of testing and certification, they began selling bio-diesel fuel in January of this year. Their customers include Marathon gas stations and the city of Winston-Salem. They would like to sell their product to their hometown government, which boasts of having 809 bio-diesel powered vehicles. Brian and Gabe may have to wait a while"

This week the American Chemistry Councilâ€s 2009 Blog Summit On Plastics Recycling begins with Gilligan proposing the following questions:

â€oeIf you had the ability to work with and/or counsel the Obama administration on a national recycling agenda, what are the top three things that you believe would be critical components of the program? How would success of these elements be measured? What key-learnings from other national or international programs would influence your recommendations? And finally, what are the mistakes you think we have learned from others who have tried?”"
