Dzogchen is both the final and ultimate teaching (ati-yoga),
and the heart of the teachings of all the Buddhas.
Though generally associated with the Nyingma
or Ancient School of Tibetan Buddhism
founded by Padmasambhava.
Dzogchen has been practised throughout the centuries
by masters of all the different schools as their innermost practice.
Its origins reach back to before human history,
and neither is it limited to Buddhism, nor to Tibet.
Along with all the changes on Facebook

Sanskrit ~ tadyatha om bhaishajye
bhaishajye mahabhaishajya(raja)-
samudgate svaha
Tibetan Pronunciation~ tayata om bekandze
bekandze maha bekandze randza
samugate soha
Like "The Great One", Oh Medicine Buddha,
Supreme Healer, Lord of Healing,
Free, beyond all limitation is
Most worthy of my heart's adoration
A Rosemont Way
If one ignites a flame in a cave,
darkened for eons of time,
the darkness flees.
Recognizing this eternal truth,
every moment, abandon conflict;
it's causes and support.
Awaken
Ever attentive to the Radiant Heart of Goodness
From which spring my Guide, Teaching, & Fellowship;
I find one essence awakening before me, all around & within
Now I see love illuminating all, always.
Luminous love is radiant everywhere, for all to know & to be.
This is the healing prayer of this sacred moment.
Open to the wonders all around and within us;
gazing upon the mysteries in the sky,
we face a mystic presence,
centered everywhere, circumferenced nowhere.
Thus embracing our own universal journey of ageless wisdom we awaken.
When hearts align that's quite enough,
to lend support & sincere best wishes,
for divine guidance all your days.
True as every heart beat!

BUDDHA BAR DESIRE LYRICS
A lover knows only humility, he has no choice.
He steals into your alley at night, he has no choice.
He longs to kiss every lock of your hair,
don't fret, he has no choice.
In his frenzied love for you,
he longs to break the chains of his imprisonment,
he has no choice.
A lover asked his beloved:
- Do you love yourself more than you love me?
Beloved replied: I have died to myself and I live for you.
I've disappeared from myself and my attributes,
I am present only for you.
I've forgotten all my learnings,
but from knowing you I've become a scholar.
I've lost all my strength, but from your power I am able.
I love myself...I love you.
I love you...I love myself.
I am your lover, come to my side,
I will open the gate to your love.
Come settle with me, let us be neighbours to the stars.
You have been hiding so long,
endlessly drifting in the sea of my love.
Even so, you have always been connected to me.
Concealed, revealed, in the unknown, in the un-manifest.
I am life itself.
You have been a prisoner of a little pond,
I am the ocean and its turbulent flood.
Come merge with me,
leave this world of ignorance.
Be with me, I will open the gate to your love.
I desire you more than food or drink
My body my senses my mind hunger for your taste
I can sense your presence in my heart
although you belong to all the world
I wait with silent passion for one gesture
one glance from you.
Naropa's View of Essential Nature:
This mind that knows emptiness
Is itself the awakened mind, bodhicitta.
The Buddha potential is just this.
The sugata essence is just this.
Because of tasting what is,
It is also the great bliss.
The understanding of secret mantra is just this.
Means and knowledge is just this.
This self-knowing, while one is still defiled,
Does not depend on other things,
So self-existing wakefulness is just this.
Being aware, it is cognizance.
A natural knowing that is free of thought.
This self-knowing cannot possibly form thoughts.
Without conceptualizing 'a mind,'
Since it is not something to be conceived,
This original wakefulness, cognizant yet thought-free,
Is like the wisdom of the Tathagata.
Therefore, it is taught, "Realize that luminous mind
Is the mind of original wakefulness,
And don't seek an enlightenment separate from that."

"The Song of the Deathless Light of Mind"
This is the essence of (the doctrine of) deathlessness,
by which Buddhahood is attained without meditation,
By the force of spiritual experience of these precepts,
(which consummate) Sutra and Tantra.
In this way this body, the product of karmic evolution,
Naturally emerges as the body of primordial awareness.
The evolved body becomes the embodiment of the deity;
Pristine, no attachment to it--one meditates thus.
It is inseparable from mind,
And, for mind, substantial reality cannot be established:
Then, where does one find there something that dies?
So-called "death" is merely an idea:
Ideas and concepts, the phenomena of samsara
and nirvana can not be established as real.
The object and the cause of transmigration
dissolve naturally at the very point of their origin.
The consciousness in which absolute meaning is found,
Is deathless, unlimited; it is the supreme fruit.
Remembering this, Buddhahood is revealed:
This, the vital heart of the dakini, must be held to like life itself. "
Through this prayer of Ever-present Good
May everyone come to full and complete awakening
In the palace of the realm of totality.
The ground of everything is not made of anything.
In this indescribable naturally present expanse
There are not even the concepts of patterned or free.
Know this and you are awake.
Do not know this and you are a sentient being wandering in samsara.
May all beings in the three realms
Know the indescribable ground.
Rainbow Connection
Why are there so many songs about rainbows
and what's on the other side?
Rainbows are visions, but only illusions,
and rainbows have nothing to hide.
So we've been told and some choose to believe it.
I know they're wrong, wait and see.
Someday we'll find it, the rainbow connection.
The lovers, the dreamers and me.
Who said that every wish would be heard
and answered when wished on the morning star?
Somebody thought of that and someone believed it.
Look what it's done so far.
What's so amazing that keeps us star gazing
and what do we think we might see?
Someday we'll find it, the rainbow connection.
The lovers, the dreamers and me.
All of us under its spell. We know that it's probably magic.
Have you been half asleep and have you heard voices?
I've heard them calling my name.
Is this the sweet sound that called the young sailors.
The voice might be one and the same.
I've heard it too many times to ignore it.
It's something that I'm supposed to be.
Someday we'll find it, the rainbow connection.
The lovers, the dreamers and me.
Wayfarer, friend, let us travel together. Night is near, wild beasts are about, and our campfire may go out. But if we agree to share the night watch, we can conserve our forces.
Tomorrow our path will be long and we may become exhausted. Let us walk together. We shall have joy and festivity. I shall sing for you the song your mother, wife and sister sang. You will relate for me your father's story about a hero and his achievements. Let our path be one.
Be careful not to step upon a scorpion, and warn me about any vipers. Remember, we must arrive at a certain mountain village.
Traveler, be my friend.

If I Could Change The World
If I could reach the stars
I'd pull one down for you
Shine it on my heart
So you could see the truth
Then this love I have inside
Is everything it seems
But for now I find
It's only in my dreams
That I can change the world
I will be the sunlight in your universe
You would think my love was really something good
Baby if I could change the world
And if I could be king
Even for a day
I'd take you as my queen
I'd have it no other way
And our love will rule
This kingdom we had made
Till then I'd be a fool
Wishing for the day
That I can change the world
I would be the sunlight in your universe
You would think my love was really something good
Baby if I could change the world
Baby if I could change the world
I could change the world
I would be the sunlight in your universe
You would think my love was really something good
Baby if I could change the world

Thank You!
Eyes that are oceans with unfathomable depth,
eyes that are clouds with showers of nectar,
eyes where bloom multitude of flowers
and glow with sweetest honey,
eyes that breed heavens of enduring delight,
eyes which time fails to span
and wherein space discovers all its dimensions,
all lengths, all widths and all heights,
eyes, the abode of gods
and of all that is celestial and divine.

A Youthful Journey ~ toward Knowing Justice
By Parmenides
These mares who carry me as far as longing can reach, rode on.
Once they had come and fetched me
onto the legendary road of the divinity
that carries the man who knows
through the vast and dark unknown ~
And on I was carried, as the mares, aware just where to go,
kept carrying me, straining at the chariot;
and young women led the way.
And the Axle in the hubs let out a sound of a pipe;
Blazing from the pressure of the two well rounded wheels at either side.
As they rapidly led on; young women; girls, daughters of the Sun ~
Who had left the mansions of the night for the light,
pushed back the veils from their faces with their hands.
There to the Gates; on the pathways of Night and Day.
Held fast in place between the lintels above and the threshold of stone.
They reach right up into the heavens filled with gigantic doors.
And the keys now open, now lock; are held fast by Justice;
She who always demands exact returns.
And with soft seductive words the girls cunningly persuaded her
To push back immediately, just for them, the bar that bolts the gates.
And as the doors flew open, making the bronze axles with their pegs and nails spin ~
Now one, now the other ~ in their pipes they created a gaping chasm.
Straight through and on, the girls held fast their course, for the chariot and horses,
Straight down the road.
And the Goddess welcomed me kindly
and took my right hand in hers and spoke these words
As she addressed me:
Welcome young man, partnered by immortal charioteers,
reaching our home with the mares that carry you.
For it was no hard fate that sent you traveling this road ~
so far away from the beaten track of humans; but of Rightness and Justice.
And what's needed is for you to learn all things;
Both the unshaken heart of persuasive Truth and the opinions of mortals
in which there is nothing that can truthfully be trusted at all.
But even so, this too you will learn ~
how beliefs based on appearances ought to be believable
for they move all through all there is.

We Have Not Come To Take Prisoners
We have not come here to take prisoners,
But to surrender ever more deeply
To freedom and joy.
We have not come into this exquisite world
To hold ourselves hostage from love.
Run my dear,
From anything
That may not strengthen
Your precious budding wings.
Run like hell my dear,
From anyone likely
To put a sharp knife
Into the sacred, tender vision
Of your beautiful heart.
We have a duty to befriend
Those aspects of obedience
That stand outside of our house
And shout to our reason
"O please, O please,
Come out and play."
For we have not come here to take prisoners
Or to confine our wondrous spirits,
But to experience ever and ever more deeply
Our divine courage, freedom and
Light!

"What are the transforming messages of quantum physics? First, consciousness is the ground of all being, and all objects of our experiences (of sensing, thinking, feeling, and intuition) are quantum possibilities for consciousness to choose from".

Do not lie in ignorance like a corpse.
Enter the natural sphere of unwavering attentiveness
Recognize your dreams & transform illusion into luminosity.

Grant Me Love That I May Bloom
Listen, my lady,Listen to me well,
for I am in a passionate fit
and it may not repeat itself
A mystical state! a poetic fit!
splendid in its grief
--for I am scented always by my grief
Hold me close, my lady,
for I am in a state of tipsiness
My arteries are draining,
my bones disintegrating
Quick! Wash your hair in the river of my craziness--
the craziness of love that can never be explained
Read me, my lady, Read me well
for I am in search of a moonstruck reader
who will slip my poetry on her wrists like bracelets
and see the world take the shape of a poet
Be drunk, my lady, Be drunk on me
Be drunk until the sea turns rose-red,
turns winedark,turns grey,turns yellow
How beautiful it is
for a woman to lose her balance
in the presence of poetry
and become drunk
I am in the most beautiful of my tempers
I am in the most radiant of my moments of civilization
Oh, I do love when I get civilized!
Give me another chance to write history,
my lady, for history does not repeat itself
I changed history with love
just as I changed the history of womanhood
What is poetry if it does not change things?
What is a poet if he does not change?
With every new story of love
added to my country's story trove,
the rose overswells with fragrance
and the midsummer moon overspills with milk
For fifty years
I have been leaping
from landmine to landmine,
calling my people to change.
No, I have not blasted the wall of ugliness
as I had imagined:
I'm the one who's been blown up
by my own explosives
In fifty years,
I have yet to see a doe
flee from her hunter,
yet to know a woman
who wanted to be liberated...

Listen to the story told by the reed,
of being separated.
"Since I was cut from the reedbed,
I have made this crying sound.
Anyone apart from someone he loves
understands what I say.
Anyone pulled from a source
longs to go back.
At any gathering I am there,
mingling in the laughing and grieving,
a friend to each, but few
will hear the secrets hidden
