Excellent Post! Really enjoyed the part about how constant stress weakens the immune system, and that continual tension can also make the musculoskeletal system very tense, causing headaches, back aches.

Great article about new research explaining how exercise is beneficial to osteoarthritis and enjoyed the part that "A normally functioning joint can withstand & actually flourish under a lot of wear" ~ James Fries professor of medicine Stanford University. Since, "Chiropractic treatment influences joint & neurophysiological function" ~ AMA's CPT 20

Great Pod Cast. I really liked part that most cases of TMJ are related to other complaints like headaches and neck pain and are seldom the single complaint of jaw pain, clicking, etc. And that many areas like the cervical spine and surrounding nerves, muscles and connective tissues are usually involved.
