When I originally discovered this cartoon, I thought it accurately expressed the intent of these pages--to weave together, into one blog, content that's alternately light-hearted and serious, and in the process spark some important discussions. So I've decided to make this my sticky post. I'll try to keep it at (or near) the top, which means most new content will be posted immediately below this entry.
