- back from the dead. these past few months have been a big change in my life. a trip to china opened the doors to another world. next year, my plan is to live in china 4 months each year. then, of course, the meltdown happened. ..who hasn't been affected by that event? and now, here I am in my studio apartment in bangkok twiddling my thumbs wondering what to do next. living life as a lounge lizard. sleeping when I want to sleep. eating whatever I want whenever I want. a contented cow in a pasture full of happy memories. life is good - so far.

- my buddy, da brain, and I went over to the mbk shopping mall, and bought ourselves each an - A-bike. soon, instead of riding the buses, we will be riding around bangkok on these folding bicycles.
it will be an interesting experience.
..some of my friends are telling me I am crazy to even consider riding a bicycle in bangkok. but alas, I have known that I am somewhat crazy a loooong time ago. so, the truth comes out.

- the male ego is so fragile. last night, I was hanging out in the parking lot with a fellow lounge lizard. the guy was bragging about all the girls he has worshipping him. I am not worthy. I am not worthy. anyway, after the little sermon he gave us, he went over to this girl standing across the way. and from what I could see, he got rejected by her. ..flat as a pancake. talk about going from big man on campus to pee wee herman in one second. ugh! I could just imagine how he felt. anyway, for the next couple of hours, instead of bragging about all the girls he had following him around, he was complaining about all the bitches in the world.
yes, the male ego is definitely one fragile thing.

- have you ever gotten a haircut that makes you feel like something went wrong? yeah. it happened to me today. there was this lady sitting behind me before my barber started to cut my hair. she had a smile on her face.
but about 20 minutes later, after all the hair came off, I looked at her again. and the look that she had on her face resembled the look you have when you look at a piece of shit on the ground. ..a snarl? no. it was more like a cringe. yeah. that was what it looked like. a cringe.
as I was walking out of the barbershop, some thai guy passed me, and said in a whisper, "not handsome".
you know, if I was a girl, I think I would be devastated by these kinds of reactions by other people. but being me, I just smiled, and walked away.
besides.... I won't have to get another haircut for at least 2 months now. imagine that?

- another month is about to past. time flies so fast, you wonder where it went. before you know it, you are at your destination, but you don't know where you are. ahhh. but when the faces of love ones pop up in your mind, you realize that you are not alone with no happy memories. ..you have succeeded in life. welcome to the force.

- ..just being a bum surfing the internet searching for things of interest. the life of a lounge lizard. when it is time to eat, I will have to make an important decision as to what to eat. will it be a tantalizing thai dish like padkapow gai over rice, or a fat feeding burger from mcdonalds. ..who knows? I'm gone.
