Advanced aeroponic grow tower system
Advanced aeroponic grow tower system
An advanced rotating aeroponic system.
design and build the World's best and most sustainable food growing greenhouse systems for commercial growers, urban farmers, and people who like tastier, healthier food choices. Our technology is designed to increase food production per square foot and use significantly less natural resources in the process. Our complete Biodome growing facility is designed to save you money and grow more food. Wouldn't it be great if every city could grow their own food?
From the page: "Developed by scientists at the Naval Research Laboratory, the technology has the potential to expand and improve both Naval and commercial underwater acoustic applications, including undersea communications, navigation and acoustic imaging. "
Bitcoin (sign: BTC) is a decentralized digital currency based on a open-source protocol that was designed and created by a pseudonymous developer named Satoshi Nakamoto. It is subdivided into 100-million smaller units called satoshis.
Internationally, bitcoins can be exchanged by personal computer directly through a wallet file or a website. They can also be exchanged through physical banknotes and coins.
Unlike most currencies, bitcoin does not rely on a central issuer, like a bank or government. Bitcoin uses a transaction log across a peer-to-peer computer network to record transactions, verify them and prevent double spending. The verification process awards effective bitcoin nodes or "bitcoin miners" with a limited release of bitcoins and transaction fees (if any). This process requires intense computing power, electricity and significant investment as it solves hashes through bruteforce to verify transactions and add them to the network's transaction log.
This remarkable innovation really illustrates the growing trend of renewable energy technology that is gaining momentum in our society.

Using the ancient language of Biblical Hebrew, theoretical physicist Gregg Braden deciphers the DNA helix with its string of letters revealing the code "God Eternal Within the Body". Thus modern science is substantiating what the ancients have been saying for centuries about the true nature of reality.
Dutemp provides state-of-the-art plasma arc gasification technology systems for waste management operations.
ERDAS IMAGINE is a remote sensing application with raster graphics editor capabilities designed by ERDAS, Inc for geospatial applications. The latest version is 2010, version 10.1. ERDAS IMAGINE is aimed primarily at geospatial raster data processing and allows the user to prepare, display and enhance digital images for mapping use in GIS or in CADD software. It is a toolbox allowing the user to perform numerous operations on an image and generate an answer to specific geographical questions.
PCI Geomatica is a remote sensing desktop software package for processing earth observation data, designed by PCI Geomatics Inc. The latest version of the software is Geomatica 10.3, released in 2010. Geomatica is aimed primarily at raster data processing and allows users to load satellite and aerial imagery where advanced analysis can be performed. Geomatica has been used by many educational institutions and scientific programs throughout the world to analyse satellite imagery and trends, such as the GlobeSAR Program, a program which was carried out by the Canada Centre for Remote Sensing in the 1990s. A very popular edition of Geomatica is known as Freeview, which permits users to load multiple types of satellite images as well as geospatial data that is stored in different formats. The software is available for download over the web, and has registered several thousands of downloads.
ENVI (which is an acronym for "ENvironment for Visualizing Images") is a software application currently marketed by ITT Visual Information Solutions used to process and analyze geospatial imagery. It is commonly used by remote sensing professionals, scientists, researchers, and image analysts. ENVI software makes scientifically advanced image processing and analysis capabilities accessible to all levels of geospatial imagery users. The software uses an automated, wizard-based approach that walks users through complex tasks
GRASS GIS (Geographic Resources Analysis Support System) is a free, open source geographical information system (GIS) capable of handling raster, topological vector, image processing, and graphic data.
GRASS is released under the GNU General Public License (GPL), and it can be used on multiple platforms, including Mac OS X, Microsoft Windows (natively or with optional Cygwin tools) and Linux. Users can interface with the software features through a graphical user interface (GUI) by using the internal GUI with X Window System or by "plugging into" GRASS via Quantum GIS. They can also interface with the modules directly through the modified version of the shell that the application launches or by calling individual modules directly from a preferred shell (this latter method requires the setting of several environment variables).
OpenEV is an open source geospatial toolkit and a frontend to that toolkit. OpenEV was developed using Python and uses the GDAL library to display georeferenced images and elevation data. The application also has image editing capabilities and uses OpenGL to display elevation data in three-dimensions.
The ASPRS Foundation will establish an extensive and broadly-based program that provides grants, scholarships, loans and other forms of aid to individuals or organizations pursuing knowledge of imaging and geospatial information science and technology, and their applications across the scientific, governmental, and commercial sectors. A key short-term goal of the Foundation is to fully endow all existing ASPRS awards and scholarships.

NorCal Aquaponics was created to provide the public with Aquaponics training, consultation, design and installation services. We are committed to continually improving our work and designs. We are continually involved in Aquaponics research and incorporate the "cutting edge" from the Aquaponics development community!
We want to spread this knowledge as far and as wide as possible and are sharing everything we know with the public!
NorCal Aquaponics was started by Max Meyers a Certified Permaculture Teacher, Designer and consultant. He is the executive director of the Mendocino Ecological Learning Center (MELC) and runs a Permaculture consultation business.
Aquaponics combines three living realms in one contained system to grow high quality food very efficiently.
A system can take many forms and range in size from tabletop to acreage.
The principal is always the same: ammonia generated from fish waste is converted by microbes into nitrates that the plants need.
It is a soil-less, recirculating system, meaning that a pump keeps water flowing from fish tank to grow bed and back again. The water is effectively filtered and reused, so the system is the most efficient use of water for amount of food produced.
