My life is finally calm for the first time in years. Such perspective! I've found my soul mate, taken my first international trip, and at last I have found comfort within myself. As horrible as the last few years have been, I have at least found a greater clarity in the world and my view of the people in it. I'm an English major with a focus on creative writing and I am minoring in psychology. Recently, I have taken on the pastime of waking early which gives me a peace of mind before starting my day and a few hours to spend cuddling and eating english muffins with my fiance. There's no place in the whole world exactly like Austin, Texas. It's a consistant love/hate relationship with all the culture paired with the horrible city planning. Here's something to think on...is it beneficial to question whether the things you detest in others are truely things you detest in yourself? My answer on this continues to waiver.
