Best new addon for firefox. As they are just skins and not themes, there is no compatibility issues with any extensions. And switching skins is as easy as it gets.

    Rated Jan 28 2008 1 review linux google.com

From the page:"CoreAVC is a proprietary Windows codec for H.264 video decoding. It is much faster than any currently available open-source codecs. Being multi-threaded, and able to play PAFF streams, it can handle HD H.264/AVC streams that no freely available codecs can. CoreAVC is reasonably priced at ~$15, but it is Windows only. Various patches are available here to enable loading CoreAVC into 32bit and 64bit linux players."
  • BitLet - the BitTorrent Applet

    Rated Aug 03 2007 58 reviews p2p bitlet.org

BitLet is a Web-Based BitTorrent Client still in an early stage of development, but it is already fully functional. BitLet also has a very useful code generator so you can offer BitTorrent downloads on your blog or website so that people can easily download, even when they don't have a BitTorrent client installed. If people click on the link a popup window will appear, and the download starts immediately. (See screenshot below)It could also be very helpful if you want to download a torrent on a PC that doesn't have a BitTorrent client installed, but I don't think it can replace traditional Bittorrent clients. One disadvantage this might have is that once you close the download window after completing the download, you cannot continue to seed the torrent, which may not be a good for the torrent's health.
