I've read about this man before. His protocol for anti-aging is to prescribe human growth hormone. Theoretically, it's a sound principle, because, as the body ages it begins to produce less and less of the hormones which support muscle function and such. However, there are evolutionary reasons for the decline in production (I assume), or else it wouldn't happen for people across the board, so reintroducing a hormone may throw off your overall hormonal balance. I'm no doctor, but I think that hormone treatment should be done with caution. You're simply not supposed to look like this guy at 67 years old! Even super-fit 67 year olds don't have this degree of muscularity and leanness. I would opt for the Jack LaLanne approach: Stay active, and make fitness about the degree to which your body functions physically instead of focusing on the aesthetics. Nevertheless, kudos to this guy who looks better than I ever did at any age. I wouldn't do it, but he's the one with the medical degree.
