Yum! This looks Good! But, I already have a recipe for tonight. It is Gnocchi with Asparagus, but not a salad... more a boullion-parmesean based sauce. With green salad with a tomato/zucchini vinagrette. And then, the whole purpose for this dinner: dessert. Well, the beer that goes with the dessert. We were at a beer-tasting fundraiser the other night and Pete won a growler of Russian Imperial Stout, specifically Town Hall Bourbon Cask Coconut Chocolate Imperial Stout. Pretentious, hey? But, I'm not kidding, it is THAT Good! So, I made a very bitter chocolate pot de creme to go with it. Now, if I can just get the hang of gnocchi.
