Moonlight over the Bay at Basswood, presented to (long-time mistress) Mary Reynolds's brother, (Hubacheks) as a gift in 1953 while staying on their houseboat in the (now) Boundary Waters Canoe area.

And no matter really, it's a simple charcol/crayon/pastel sketch... I was only interested by reading about it in a preview of the Duchamp Exhibition that will be at the Philadelphia Museum... More importantly is Etant Donnes (1946-66), but these were included in collections of his late works... Not just a painting but a multimedia activity... There is a peephole in this very real door, and when you look through....
