Years ago someone asked me what, as an adult, did I consider the most important thing that I had learned. I loved the question and it definitely got me thinking. Then, after some reflection, I realized that it was learning and understanding the concepts of the DiSCｮ Model, created by William Moulton Marston.
This simple, yet elegant, four quadrant model of human behavior provides so many answers about our behavior, the behavior of others and how we "intersect" with them. It is so elegant in it's simplicity and easy to use.
I am also a business woman. I started my first of 6 businesses in 1978, so I'm among the successfully self-employed. In this blog I will share with you tips and techniques that have served me well. I believe that many of them can do for the same for you.
