This is fraud at its best. This guy claims to have gotten a grant to just pay off bills. If you look, he has created all of his blog entries himself and the URL for each comment is his affiliate URL to sell this bogus program. Also, you cannot add your own comments. Not so bright here. I think he is even promoting it through Facebook ads.
