ONE HUGE EPIC FAIL
Well, if I remembered correctly, Abraham Lincoln was a traditional Republican who actually wanted to abolish slavery. Therefore, I think it would be inaccurate to say the GOP were wrong on every issue since slavery. Also, I happen to remember Martin Luther King, Jr. being a Republican (as said by King's niece, Alveda King) as well because of the history of Abraham Lincoln fighting to free slaves during the Civil War, and his Emancipation Proclamation speech. Now if one were to say that the current neo-GOP has been wrong on most issues, that's another story.
