Trinket/alternative health

I've tagged this as 'alternative-health', but really it is the cutting edge in food preservation. No salts, no chemicals, no alteration of taste/texture in most compatible foods, greatly extended shelf-life, the ability to apply the process AFTER packaging (I mean, c'mon- it's like Christmas AND your birthday!!!) in other words, it IS the road we should be traveling toward greater food safety.

Now we just have to work on defeat of the Evil Over-Lord, Monsanto! (not kidding...)
