SowPeace is a 46 year old woman from California, USA

I'm Dr. Rhoberta Shaler and I am a relationship catalyst for individuals, couples, families and workplace teams. I am the founder of Sow Peace International, Optimize Institute & Spiritual Living Network, focused on empowering individuals, leaders and teams with solutions and skills that get to the heart of relationships: communication, conflict management and conscious collaboration. The in-depth work I do leads my clients to align their daily lives and their work with their vision, values, beliefs and purpose...while making money and making a difference.

One thing I love to do is to bring great new insights and ideas to audiences and I've been lucky enough to do it all over the USA and Canada and as far away as Thailand. I've been sharing my light-hearted approach and value-packed content with audiences, teams and readers for more than twenty-five years. Author of over two dozen books and audio programs, including my most recent books, Wrestling Rhinos: Conquering Conflict in the Wilds of Work, and Soul Solitude: Taking Time for Our Souls to Catch Up, co-authored with G. Charles Andersen, MA, I help people communicate in ways that are totally kind and totally honest at the same time as a consultant, counselor, coach and mediator. That sows peace!
