Over the last year, I've discovered that I tend to use StumbleUpon for a bit of humorous relaxation, as well as a means of enhancing my life outside of these four walls.

While it may not always be apparent in my chosen stumbles, I consider my interests in life to be fairly well-rounded.

I'm an avid book collector; however, both my reading and collecting tends to lean toward the obscure. I'm a student of hermetic philosophy and esoteric writings, as well as a writer myself. I'm an active Freemason, Martinist and Rosicrucian (albeit largely sub rosa) as well as many other descriptors.

In addition to my esoteric life, I'm a watcher of movies, a listener of music, a lover of food, a mediocre cook, a dabbler in the arts and just generally a jack-of-considerably-more-than-one-but-realistically-less-than-all trades.

I'm intelligent, empathic, thoughtful, courteous, loving and a good friend.

Lately I've been receiving a lot of friend requests from people I've never met, interacted with online or who haven't even subscribed to my favorites. While I'm always up for meeting new people and making new friends, due to the HUGE amount of spammers I've encountered on StumbleUpon, I will generally only accept friend requests from people I know or have come to know.
