It would be a very unstable state. When people are used to kindness they become trusting and careless, which makes them easily taken advantage of by people who would like to have things without doing as much work (laziness is the force that drives most everything, no?) Maybe if everyone was kind then society could maintain the equilibrium point in this video, but all it would take is one person to do something wrong or even just be perceived as doing something wrong and people start losing their trust. As people lose their trust they aren't taken advantage of as much, and we reach the stable equilibrium point that society has been at since, oh, it began. Maybe this "kind society" could work if we had some "kindness police" who enforced some daily quota of acts of kindness. Wouldn't that just be smashing?
