Pff, that's not that much snow. In my 13 years of public school, I never once had a day cancelled because of snow. I recall several occasions walking to school with the snow up to my knees, when cars weren't able to make it down certain streets without getting stuck. I feel somewhat cheated - shouldn't a snow day be one of the perks of living somewhere that's almost unbearably cold 3-5 months of the year? Snow is just a way of life here in the winter, I suppose.
