They want Ben 'n Jerry's ice cream to use human milk... which is much more likely to contain human-specific disease, since human milk cannot be harvested from "human farms," e.g. in a controlled environment free of disease and in which each, ah, "donor" is fed the exact same diet. The product would no longer be consistent and... would probably make quite a few people sick.
