This information is particularly relevant to large organizations hoping to avert an HR crisis of epic proportions. With boomers set to retire over the next four years, how will organizations adapt to the significant loss of tacit knowledge? Social networking - the "conversations" discussed in cluetrain - hold some promise of closing the information gap and better bridging new employees.
This presentation was given at Microsoft headquarters this week at the Microsoft Leadership Summit.
