In today's video I analyse GBPUSD forex cross, which is forming a "morning star" reversal pattern off the 38.2% fibonacci retracement level taken from May 10 lows to Nov 10 highs. The profit target we set out in our members area has been hit and we are not as bearish GBP as we are EUR. However before we initiate a long position we want to see confirmation of the "morning star" reversal pattern and then a move above the 200 day exponential moving average.

S&P e minis had a decent rally last week, however this occurred on lighter volume, in this weeks report I analyse daily and weekly charts for the S&P e mini December Futures contract. I review key support and resistance levels for the coming week. The question is, will the "risk" trade be back on? It should be if the Fed continue and increase their asset purchasing (QEII) via printing USD to purchase Treasuries. I cannot recall a period when correlations in the markets have been so near to "one". We could be long S&P's, Brazil Bovespa or or CAC 40 and what would the difference be? What happen to diversification? In today's video we analyse Dax and S&P e mini futures. The Dax made new highs for the year yesterday and a weekly close above 6820.5 would be bullish. In today's video I analyse EURGBP Forex cross which has broken down, through all its key exponential moving averages. The final line of support for this cross is the 61.8% Fibonacci retracement level taken from August 23 low to October 25 high. The indicators have moved from bullish to bearish, this Forex cross is on our radar for a potential swing short play, however we will wait for it to setup

The Shanghai Composite Index started the ball rolling Friday as it fell 5% as fears grow that Beijing will move to raise the discount rate again, also the economic relationship between the US and China is strained. The Asian stock markets were the driving force for the global bull run now these markets are under very real pressure. Moving on to the S&P e mini Futures, they couldn't hold the breakout over resistance at 1207. Until Friday the pullback had been orderly, the increased volume on selling suggests, institutions were involved. A pullback to the 21 day exponential moving average was due in this overbought market, however the fact that e minis closed on their lows amidst panic selling is a concern. The question is will the 21 day ema currently at 1192 approx hold this week

At the start of the video it says "members" pre-market report, this is the "free" report. China's Shanghai Stock Exchange Composite Index fell 5.3 percent today, the largest decline since August 2009. Commodities and commodity currencies are also under pressure this morning (9am BST) they are falling amid speculation that China is preparing to raise interest rates to curb inflation. There are a series of "outside reversal" candles forming in many of the key commodity markets. Are we due a deeper correction for these markets or is this just another volatile reaction to overbought market conditions?

We'd like to share our members daily pre-market report with you today. We are taking some profit for our long Crude and USDJPY positions. The markets attention is back on to the PIIGS sovereign debt issues. C Merkel and P Sarkozy called for proper crisis management , so private creditors are included in a rescue package. In layman's terms Bondholders may have to make a visit to the barbers and take a haircut on their investments or extend maturity. Sovereign bond spreads between PIIGS and Bunds have widened and CDS prices have moved higher. The question for us is, how much lower can the EUR move relative to USD and AUD ETC.
