The title of the page is poorly named. But it's actually an on demand antivirus for Sophos.
You need an email to register, which will direct you to a url to download the antivirus. You will also be given a user-account and password, which you will need to update the on demand antivirus. Unfortunately, this password expires in 30 days, so you will have to register with a throw away account every 30 days if you want to use it on a semi-permanent basis.
Another drawback is that the interface is an "all or nothing" interface, you either scan everything or not at all. You can't choose to scan specific files or folders.
Another negative point, it quarantines anything it finds automatically without consulting you.
