If you need medication you get it, and all medication prescribed on the NHS costs one single price, unless it's for a child, and elderly person, pregnant or nursing mother, then it's completely free. The same goes if you are disabled or on unemployment. In addition to that if you are off work due to illness or injury you are guaranteed a minimum income. I know which system I prefer.
