I was injured on the job,was denied medical referral for two months,until the President of the company found out. He immediatlly sent me to the company doctor,whom examined my medical notes ,that stated I had a fully torn rotator cuff!Sent me back to work light duty.Lasted 4 more days when second arm tore,again sent back to work. Lasted 3 more days and the company threw me off their property. Directlly after my first surgery the nurses were transporting me from gurney to petient bed and droppred me. Splitting my surgery open on the inside. Had second surgery to repair .Went had another MRI showing that it was not sewed.Third surgery was for right arm rotator cuff repair.I filed several charges against the aligations above and below statements. At the Workers compensation trial General foreman that denied me a referral was brought in as company witness and he lied to the Judge. 6th surgery comming soon , still no help. July 25 2007 thrown out of union meeting for passing out flyers.
