How's this for a butt-kicker? The assholes at the Federal Government, unable to prevent states from passing medical marijuana laws on their own, have decided that medical marijuana dispensaries are still subject to taxation as organized crime (yes, there is a tax code for them, if you can believe it). Needless to say, this tax code would put every dispensary in the country out of business.
There is no reason to do this aside from the government's willful attempts to destroy these businesses. It's a disgrace.
