This is a paper I wrote for my US poli sci class, last semester. I did adapt it somewhat to be more appropriate for my blog. The timing of this is apropos as the Obama administration is throwing money at the states to essentially cede their control of education to the feds.

Obama and Arne Duncan are set on nationalizing curriculum standards and bribes are not beneath them. Of course, they will tell you, "It's for the children".

The fed has been failing our children for years. Let your governors and state educators know national standards are unacceptable!

Cozi looks like a cool and efficient family organizer. I am definitely going to look into it.
