Moo-Cow-Music has become quite a hero in the iPod Touch application's scene. At least, he has in my books. I can't wait to see what he's got planned for us after Guitarist. He's honestly, a miracle worker. Keep up the good work man.

According to pyromaniaque from the iPodTouchFans community, there is a bit of an improvement to the lyrics feature in 1.1.4. If you used iTunes Lyrics Importer (or any other method) to put lyrics on all your music, you will notice that in 1.1.4, lyrics scroll better (up and down), instead of like 1.1.3 when the lyrics would fly off in the direction that you flicked your fingers.

Fafoulon designed an application that allows you to scroll through your iPod Touch / iPhone contacts like it were music album covers!

As fafoulon says him/herself: "ContactFlow is an application to manage your contact list like your music list in coverflow mode."

So you're there, right? At your computer, doing whatever it is you do when your wireless mouse dies. Should have charged it, shouldn't you? Well, too late now, isn't it? You're dead in the water, right? Not a spare mouse in the house. But you have an iPod Touch, right? Or perhaps an iPhone? Then the good news is that you can use it as a very expensive wireless track pad thanks to Touchpad by Jahanzeb Sherwan. With this cool little app and a working VNC connection, you can control your mouse; move, click, scroll -- all the usual functions you'd expect from your average track pad.

The recent Game Developer's Conference has been interesting for gamers the world over. In and amongst the various GDC keynotes was that of Michel Guillemot, CEO of big-time mobile gaming outfit Gameloft, whose keynote presentation shed some light on their future plans to support the iPhone (and by extension, the iPod Touch) as a mobile gaming platform. Michel mentioned that they are looking to add support for the iPhone alongside their recent adoption of the latest iteration of Nokia's N-Gage platform, and added that they will be looking to release a few WiFi-enabled games before the year is out.
