Apple and at&t need to be blasted by anti trust. The iphone patents coupled with the clearly competition destroying contractual arrangement between the two amount to a budding monopoly.

The iphone touch screen technology patent is like patenting the light bulb. Patents are supposed to protect investment and innovation, not exclude the whole rest of the world from using an entire technology and grant a monopoly.

Further having all this communication technology routed through one partnership is a national security risk. I could take down one network and potentially cripple the country. Imagine a total hack of every iphone, and associated computer and the at&t data network. It needs to be opensourced so it can be throughly vetted. Linux doesn't need av software, nuff said.

Side note: The gov should be able to execute corporations for sufficient crimes, IE making all IP assets public domain thus rendering the brand name worthless and dropping the technology back in the pool, just like a government can kill me and auction all my stuff after sufficient due process.
