My Father's Workshop ~ Tuesday's Treasury List
I love this new site! I can travel around Europe from my laptop. Even if the products may be a bit expensive, they are top quality and definitely worthy of being added to my wish list for holiday gift giving...(and receiving)! Here's a bit more about the company below....Enjoy!
An Avenue Apart is a global ECommerce platform for international boutiques, working through personal and interactive means. We focus on handmade products made by the boutiques themselves.
To help the international small business owner, the designer, and the boutique itself succeed and reach a much wider audience through personal and interactive means. Our mission is built on the foundation of personalization and staying small, allowing for emphasis on what is most important to our boutiques - allowing them to create lasting relationships with customers. We want each store to represent themselves uniquely and be able to tell their own exceptional story.
Described best as a mixture between online community focused Etsy.com and flash-sale based Gilt.com in operation, we differentiate ourselves through both our focus on small, otherwise unobtainable goods from international boutiques and through our personal emphasis.
By incorporating a personal blog devoted to the store, interviews, photos, and videos, we seek to make the consumer feel more connected with the unique nature of the product.
A Vintage Kind of Love. A World War II romance and love that never died, even when he didn't return home.
Dining Room to Workshop
Tuesday's almost over, but not until I post my Tuesday Treasury List of the week on the Hartley Rowe Blog. I love being a part of the Etsy.com community and exploring all the features of this special site. And, I do love apples this time of year:)
The Things I Love
...and let the decorating begin! Have you started your holiday decoration yet?
Off to the Market. Friday was a beautiful day to visit our local Farmers Market at the Bernardo Winery. It’s the oldest continuously working winery in Southern California.
Had a wonderful time at our local farmer’s market this morning. I got some great pictures to share. If you’re ever in the San Diego North County, you must visit the Bernardo Winery.
I loved cooking with my grandmother. I found all these items on Etsy.com listed in very cool shops. I love window shopping at Etsy!

One of my canvas art pieces I create from original photography by transferring the image onto cotton weave and then transferring to stretched canvas.
