In the small town of West Sparta NY, a 134-134 election tie was settled with a game of high card. Two decks of cards were used and on the first draw each candidate drew a Nine of Diamonds. On the second draw, Robert Schramm beat Dominic Cosimano with a Nine of spades over a five of clubs. Original story from The Livingston County News.
