If society can induce moral (altruistic) behavior through medication, does it have the right to force it's members to medicate themselves?

If you haven't seen this video, it's well worth a look. It's scary to think of this thing weaponized and coming after you. Not terribly humane to think of it as "on your side" either.
On the other hand, it could be a very convenient utility vehicle or porter, especially for the handicapped. It'll probably be used as some dweeb's golf caddy, though.
