Father Wolf is a 60 year old guy from Llano, Texas, USA

Halito! Sa hohchifo ut nashoba aki.
My name is Father Wolf.
I am a Native American of the Chahta Nation.
I love life - all it's bumps, forks in the road, hill and valleys.
I greatly enjoy people - all kinds. I especially like to talk with those that don't agree with me on something - and that includes just about everybody. I've known pain so intense that I would have done anything to die right then. I've know joy so intense that I wanted it to never end.

My objective is to post something each day to make you laugh, something to make you cry, something to make you think, something to make your spirit soar, something to make you angry. If I do that, I will hopefully have made your day better while fulfilling the basic purpose of SU.

    Website's words
    My words

I do not post just what agrees with my opinions and sensibilities. How boring that is. There are some things that I am passionate about and that will show up from time to time. Children, Native Americans, Human Dignity, the Preservation of our Freedom, the well being of Mother Earth.

Read for understanding - Not to enforce your beliefs

    Light a Million Candles

The innocent victims of Internet child abuse cannot speak for themselves.

    But you can.

With your help, we can eradicate this evil trade.

We do not need your money.

We need you to light a candle of support /www.lightamillioncandles.com>.

We're aiming to light at least One Million Candles by December 31, 2006.

When someone asks how can I support the death sentence, this is the reason I give them. They NEVER do it just once. NEVER. In the words of Golda Meir following the 1972 Olympic Games - Kill them, kill them all.

War Against Pacifism And Religious Freedom

From the page: "The major difference today, compared to the past when the Quakers were severely persecuted, is that pacifist-appeasers and their convictions are either ignored by the corporate-military media, spied upon and threatened with imprisonment by the U.S. government, or verbally assaulted and slandered by high ranking officials in the Bush Administration. Either way, their freedom of conscience and religious expression has been inhibited and almost destroyed."

Best-Connected Were Sent to Rebuild Iraq

From the page: "After the fall of Saddam Hussein's government in April 2003, the opportunity to participate in the U.S.-led effort to reconstruct Iraq attracted all manner of Americans -- restless professionals, Arabic-speaking academics, development specialists and war-zone adventurers. But before they could go to Baghdad, they had to get past Jim O'Beirne's office in the Pentagon.

To pass muster with O'Beirne, a political appointee who screens prospective political appointees for Defense Department posts, applicants didn't need to be experts in the Middle East or in post-conflict reconstruction. What seemed most important was loyalty to the Bush administration.

O'Beirne's staff posed blunt questions to some candidates about domestic politics: Did you vote for George W. Bush in 2000? Do you support the way the president is fighting the war on terror? Two people who sought jobs with the U.S. occupation authority said they were even asked their views on Roe v. Wade ."

Arctic Ice Meltdown Continues With Significantly Reduced Winter Ice Cover

From the page: "As far as temperatures drop in the Arctic winter %u2013 on average to -34°C (-29°F) %u2013 a new study shows that in the last two years sea ice is shrinking on the surface of Arctic waters to record low levels. Using satellite data, scientists have observed unusually warm wintertime temperatures in the region and a resulting decline in the length of the Arctic ice season. "

    Chief Seattle's Speech

From the page: "Your God is not our God!
Your God loves your people and hates mine!
He folds His strong arms lovingly around the white man
and leads him as a father leads his infant son
    - but He has forsaken his red children,
He makes your people wax strong every day
    and soon they will fill all the land;
while my people are ebbing away
like a fast receding tide that will never flow again.
The white man's God cannot love his red children
    or He would protect them.
They seem to be orphans who can look nowhere for help."

The speech Chief Seattle recited during treaty negotiations in 1854 is regarded as one of the greatest statements ever made concerning the relationship between a people and the earth - that speech, published in the Seattle Sunday Star , Seattle, Washington Territory, October 29, 1887, is reproduced here
