Getting up early requires extra effort, particularly if you like to stay up late and sleep-in as much as I do. The life of a freelancer is very flexible (which I like) but this comes at a price: there's a tendency to lose touch with your friends and family

There is a statement once, a teaching, by a very special man – Life is suffering.

There is no one who has not suffered. Some are not aware of it; others are intimately acquainted with the pain in their heart. Others seek – they look for more love, more money, more happiness, satisfaction.

And yet that is only the beginning of his teaching. The remainder sends a message of hope – there is a way out

Guilt was never a rational thing; it distorts all the faculties of the human mind, it perverts them, it leaves a man no longer in the free use of his reason, it puts him into confusion. ~ Edmund Burke Guilt is, simply put, a wrong notion. Guilt is paralysing, destructive. You think you have done something you shouldn't have; you hadn't done something you should have. Guilt is the false idea that you could have done better; that you had the power to choose. But if you look deeply into it, you will see that you were helpless. There was simply no choice. There might still be tears and sadness, efforts at reparation might still be needed %u2013 but deep down inside, there will be a measure of peace, resting in the knowledge that you were not at fault.

Did you know that being nice to others can actually be good for you? My mother always chided me to be nice. Sometimes it worked and sometimes it didn't. After all, we all get grumpy from time-to-time and take it out on those around us. We can see that being nice to others is good for them, but did you know it is in your best interest too? Recognizing the personal benefits of being nice might motivate us to do it a little more often like when that person cuts us off in traffic

As a new graduate sets out planning their life and deciding what path to follow, here are a few things I would suggest they ask themselves. If you can figure these things out early, you will achieve a great deal more success in life.

Most people are really bad at comparing cost and benefits. Hybrid cars are a good example of this. For example, the cost of the cheapest (that I could find) new gasoline Honda Civic is around $14,800. The cost of the cheapest hybrid Civic is $22,000. Assuming that you drive 13,000 miles per year, the hybrid will save you $369 per year in gas%u2013assuming gasoline costs an average of $2.80 per gallon.

Somtimes wake early for most people is such a hard task to be done. And this article just gives us a simple way to overcome it.

When was the last time you faced disappointment from a certain outcome that did not meet your expectations?

It could be any event in your life, from a big set-back to a small mishap. Perhaps your meeting at work did not go as well as you anticipated. Your new job was not what you expected. Maybe someone you like did not reciprocate your feelings. Maybe your relationship did not work out the way you hope it would.
