Hi, my name is Erin. I'm a former web developer/designer who now works as a phlebotomist for a local blood bank.
I'm trying to meet new people, make a few friends I can hang with, maybe more. I'm trying to find a new purpose in life. As a hobby I make jewelry and other beaded things. I'm a seed bead freak. I love to make tiny daisy chain bracelets and anklets, and weave them as well. Before that I owned my own business making soap and lotion products for five years and unfortunately got very sick from smoking cigarettes in 2005. I did quit smoking and never looked back. If you smoke, you should quit -- now -- before it's too late.

One of my favorite stumblers who relocated on the 'Net...Cherishme. Her poetry makes me sad, makes me think about my own life and where I am right now. Her words stir it all up and mirror some of my own thoughts. That's a good and a bad thing. And I can't NOT read her words.

The first story is about a woman who moved from the US to Ireland, and what she expected vs. what really happend when she got there. There is a total of ten stories about women who just up and moved to a new country on their own. I kind of did that myself back in the 80s only I just went from Washington State to California. More power to these women for their bravery!
