"We are taught as children to respect for our Justice system and those who work within the Courts and Government. We grow up believing in the American system of Justice and the Rights of the People. Unfortunately, we cannot say the same thing for the various government entities involved on both State and Federal levels and their employees in regards to what happened at Likely Mountain. Why so many employees in government service would stomp the tradition of American principles and ethics in the ground to save those few that were mainly responsible (the telecommunications' departments) for what happened at Likely Mountain, is a disgrace to all Americans. We have been told that the perjury, fraud and false documents manufactured and submitted by State employees are the type of fraud that is allowed in the State of California Courts. We are now waiting to see if the Federal Courts are going to uphold fraud and perjury in their Courts. I tend to believe they will not, others believe they will keep to the status quo.
Shame on you California Attorney General Jerry Brown, for allegedly allowing your Deputy Attorney General James Walter, to tell the Federal District Court in Sacramento, California, that "even if perjury and fraud were committed, it is State business and not Federal business." And for allowing your Deputy Attorney Catherine Woodbridge to knowingly submit false and perjured statements to win a summary judgment hearing against the victims of State neglect at Likely Mountain. And for not doing the job that you gave your word to do, when you were officially made Attorney General for the State of California.
Shame on you State of California Third District Appellate Court Justices J. Raye, Blease and J. Hull, for stating in your Order handed down May 25, 2007, case No. C053667; "Plaintiffs also make repeated references to violations of their civil rights, citing to various provisions of the state and federal Constitutions. We are somewhat perplexed as to the meaning of these allegations. Their sweeping allegations that defendants' operation of the telecommunication facilities, failure to warn, and failure to monitor radioactivity levels violated their inherent rights to be free of harm, if accepted, would dismantle the workers' compensation system because every injured employee would contend his or her employer's harmful conduct violated the fundamental public policy of the state as embodied in the Constitution."
Note: The harmful conduct we were referring to was alleged statutory violation committed by State employees at Likely Mountain. It is our understanding of the Constitution and the underlying principles of American Freedom, and the Public can correct us if we are wrong, is that we were born with and have always had the right in the United States to not fear nor suffer intentional harm and corruption from our governments and their employees.
Shame on you Justices that now hold a seat in the California Supreme Court, for upholding any kind of fraud and perjury as acceptable in a Court of Law.
Shame on you Modoc National Forest employees in Alturas California, for aiding and abetting those criminals who fried the brains of children and for the deaths and harm they caused to innocent victims of Federal and State neglect and abuse at Likely Mountain.
Shame on you Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger, for you have been sent copies of the court records and are aware of the perjury and fraud and for not demanding that Attorney General Jerry Brown, clean up his office. The "C" in California should never stand for Corruption.
Shame on you employees of the United States Department of Justice, for daring to state in Federal Court, that you have the right as Federal employees to chose whether you do your job or not. You are paid by the taxpayers to do a job. Should you not want to do that job, then you should be replaced along with all the other Federal employees, including the various Forest Service law enforcement officers that chose to sit back and do nothing, instead of taking charge and doing their job."
