However we have to accept the loving energy we get and hold the love.
That is, we have to be aware of the power and potential of love, while recognising that we are essentially pure love and we have to utilize our essence to its optimum.
The energy we inherently are is continually channelled from the source to keep love a contestant flowing connection to the source
As it flows through us as our life force it also passes from our touching chakras; the feet and the hands so we may extend it to where it is dormant and requires re-awakening
So be aware with every point of contact you make through touch that you are capable of channelling the energy of love.
When you are feeling low or challenged remember to send some love back to the self.
Focus on the flow from the source to the self.
Get in tune with the loving touch.
Give to yourself and give to others and give to the earth and every living thing you encounter and touch daily,
Be aware of the power of love and the power of touch,
And know the source of all life is love.
Know that you are love and there is nothing but love surrounding you in life.
Love has merely been disguised in the illusion of opposing energies created by humanity in fear, greed and doubt.
