I like to start off my day meditating before going online, as I spend a bit of time Facebooking,Stumbling, Googling, and OKCupiding, almost quenching my curiosity with the vast ocean of information and intentions on and with/in the Internet. Balance and moderation with my indulgences are important for me as a #7 (the Glutton/Adventurer/Epicure) on the Enneagram, and a Leo/Fire Goat astrologically, and INFP on the Myers-Briggs.
I listen to a lot of http://minnesota.publicradio.org/radio/services/nis/streams.shtml , Terence McKenna, and other mp3 jewels while taking 10,000+ steps around my beautiful neighborhood of nature and city.
I continually return to the Four Immeasurables: May all beings be happy and experience Loving-Kindness, may they be free from suffering and experience Compassion, far beyond suffering may they be one with the Great Joy, may they live in Equanimity/Peace, free from aversion or attachment to those near or far.
