I use loving-kindness meditation as my main meditation practice and find it easier than breath meditation. I really find great benefit from walking meditation, it calms my emotions and produces greater calm and contentment. A good technique to help develop aspects of emotional intelligence. It is good to find a simple description of it. It says here to hold your hands in front of you, I let mine swing at the side but I move very slowly. I also do it with my eyes closed and only open them at the end of each walking length. Good for when the mind is restless or when I am sleepy.
I really like Steve's work and he has some great free information on Simple Energy Techniques and tapping on his site.
