A true dream from the Gates of Horn

This woman is right on. I have done this in the past and actually lost weight without exercising! The concept is what children do...they do not eat another bite when they don't feel hungry anymore. You can eat whatever you want, but only when you are very very very hungry and you have to stop BEFORE you're full, when you don't feel the hunger anymore,,,,it doesn't takes many bites to get to this point, and you have to eat slow. The biggest challenge is to stop because we're so used to eating everything on our plates because it tastes good, but if you're really paying attention, you'll realize that it actually does not taste good anymore once the hunger feeling leaves.
